Privacy policy
Short version: your invoices never leave your device. We only measure anonymous site usage.
Your documents
Invoices you create are stored in your browser (IndexedDB) on your device. PDFs are generated in your browser. We never receive, store or see your documents, clients or amounts. Share links contain the invoice inside the link itself (after the #), which browsers never send to servers.
Analytics
We use PostHog (hosted in the EU) and Vercel Analytics to count visits and understand which features are used (for example "PDF downloaded" with the chosen layout). Until you accept the analytics banner, nothing is stored on your device. Events never include the content of your documents.
Cookies
No advertising cookies. If you accept analytics, PostHog stores an identifier in your browser to recognize returning visits. You can decline, and you can clear it anytime from your browser settings.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect the service.
Your rights
Since we don't hold your documents, there's nothing to export or delete on our side: clear your browser data to remove them. For any question about analytics data, contact hello@mosaicpdf.com.
